About Texas 35 Sports

Our Vision

Our vision at Texas 35 Sports is to provide the highest quality of sports coverage for high schools from divisions 4A to 6A. We provide sports news giving the latest scores and standings. As part of our coverage, we provide pre-game and post-game shows and interviews with key players and coaches.

                          Hondo Lopez -North Texas Lead & IT Lead

                          Hondo Lopez -North Texas Lead & IT Lead

                          Hondo Lopez is the North Texas and IT Lead for Texas 35 Media. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of North Texas, he joined the Texas 35 team as a photographer in early 2024. Through his work photographing significant sports events such as The Texas Relays, UIL State Track, and various softball playoffs and track meets, he advanced to his current leadership position. Additionally, he played a key role as an editor in the Texas 35 Media Year in Review.

                          Hondo Lopez -North Texas Lead & IT Lead

                          Alfred De Leon is a sports collaborator based in north Texas. As of right now, he is currently attending The University of North Texas for a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Starting in early 2024 he joined the Texas 35 team as a photographer, photographing important sports events such as The Texas Relays, UIL State Track, softball playoffs, and other track meets in the area.

                          Ben Cisneros

                          Ben Cisneros is a sports collaborator based in the San Antonio area. He was the first photographer accepted into our training program at Veterans Memorial. He has shot at various high-level events ranging from the state basketball championship, football playoffs, and the Spurs. He is currently attending UTSA pursuing a degree in media.
